Bryan’s No Bake Cheesecake

This is one of the first recipes I mastered as a kid. It comes together quickly and embodies everything you love about traditional cheesecake, but without the baking.
30 Minutes Prep



1store-bought graham cracker crust (found in the baking aisle)
1 (8 ounce) packagecream cheese, softened
1/2 cuppowdered sugar
1 tubCool Whip, thawed
1 cancherry pie filling
1With electric or stand mixer on medium-high speed, beat cream cheese with sugar until creamy.
2Gently mix in thawed Cool Whip.
3Pour into graham cracker crust, smoothing the filling to the edges. Spread cherry pie filling over the top.
4Chill at least 3 hours.

Tips for this Recipe

  • Cherry pie filling is my personal favorite for this recipe, but you can also use other flavors, like blueberry.
