Four-Ingredient Chili

Quick and easy chili in no time with no chopping required, McCormick’s signature chili will be one of your go-to warm-up recipes for winter. Leftovers also freeze well.
5 Minutes Prep
– 15 Minutes Cook


Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
Stir in seasoning mix packet, tomatoes and beans. Bring to boil. Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream and chopped onion, if desired.


1 lblean ground beef
1 packagechili seasoning mix (like McCormick's)
1 can (14.5 ounces)diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (15 to 16 ounces)kidney beans, undrained

Tips for this Recipe

  • The chili seasoning mix takes the guesswork out of coming up with the right balance of spices, plus simplifies the process. 
  • If desired, you may substitute ground turkey in place of beef.
