Bryan’s No Bake Cheesecake
This is one of the first recipes I mastered as a kid. It comes together quickly and embodies everything you love about traditional cheesecake, but without the baking.
30 Minutes Prep
store-bought graham cracker crust (found in the baking aisle)
1 (8 oz) package
cream cheese, softened
Cool Whip, thawed
cherry pie filling
With electric or stand mixer on medium-high speed, beat cream cheese with sugar until creamy.
Gently mix in thawed Cool Whip.
Pour into graham cracker crust, smoothing the filling to the edges. Spread cherry pie filling over the top.
Chill at least 3 hours.
Tips for this Recipe
Cherry pie filling is my personal favorite for this recipe, but you can also use other flavors, like blueberry.
